Senior Product Manager

Our client is a global technology company specializing in behavioral intelligence and marketing solutions. Its platform helps large enterprises better understand customer behavior in real time and turn behavioral data into actionable business insights.

The company develops advanced solutions for collecting, analyzing and interpreting customer interactions across multiple channels. By combining behavioral signals, scoring mechanisms and analytics, it enables marketing teams to better understand customer intent, engagement patterns and purchasing decisions, helping businesses deliver more relevant and effective customer experiences.

• Own and develop product strategy aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
• Lead product discovery, identify opportunities and validate ideas.
• Use AI tools to analyze customer feedback, product data and market insights.
• Build prototypes using AI tools such as Claude, Figma and no-code platforms.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to define problems and deliver solutions.
• Define success metrics and measure product outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to implement AI-powered and agentic features.
• Make decisions regarding priorities, scope and product direction.
• Drive product adoption and continuous improvement.
• Ensure AI-powered features meet quality, trust and reliability standards.

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS, marketing technology or analytics.
• Proven experience in product strategy and managing product development from discovery to delivery.
• Strong data-driven and customer-oriented decision-making skills.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for research, analysis, writing and prototyping.
• Experience with Product Discovery, customer feedback and experimentation.
• Ability to independently create prototypes using AI tools, no-code platforms or code.
• Experience defining and measuring product success metrics.
• Strong collaboration skills when working with Engineering and Design teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage priorities and make decisions under ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Salary: 17 000–19 000 PLN gross
• Full-time employment
