At TTK Games we are fuelled by a passion to inspire, connect, and entertain.
We're seeking an individual who can help us continue to break boundaries, lead by example, and deliver on our promise to players.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will support driving the business and live-service operations for our upcoming online shooter. Reporting to the Product Director, you will bridge player engagement, in-game economy, and commercial performance to ensure our seasonal content, live events, and store updates ship on time and keep players hooked for years.
What you will do
- Own and execute the seasonal live-service roadmap alongside the Product Director, including seasonal rewards, updates, and major feature drops.
- Lead the live events calendar (limited-time modes, seasonal events, and collaborations), creating clear event briefs with defined reward structures and success metrics.
- Drive the cosmetics roadmap and manage daily store operations, balancing pricing, offers, rotations, and platform guidelines while keeping monetization non-pay-to-win.
- Monitor in-game economy health (currencies, sinks, sources, progression) and partner with analytics to track core KPIs like retention, engagement, ARPDAU, and LTV.
- Design and execute A/B tests across store layouts, event rewards, and offers to deliver actionable insights to leadership and dev teams.
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, community, and platform partners to ensure smooth, well-communicated releases.
Who you are
- Experienced product manager with 6+ years in games, including at least 3 years working hands-on with live-service, economy design, or monetization (ideally in multiplayer/FPS).
- Deeply knowledgeable about live-ops rhythms, battle pass progression, cosmetic store merchandising, and seasonal content models.
- Strong analytical thinker proficient with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI), SQL, and data-backed experiment design.
- Natural cross-discipline collaborator who communicates complex data and product priorities clearly to designers, artists, and engineers.
- Player-first advocate who understands the core shooter audience and knows how to balance commercial targets with player trust and game health.
Salary range Starting from 60,000 SEK per month, rising to 75,000 with experience, plus bi-annual bonus, and perks.
