We’re searching for an ambitious Sr. Product Manager to join the tech team in our Boston office to lead a core, agentic marketing product. This person will own the roadmap and buildout of this product to drive outsized customer and business impact. Even if you do not check every box but find excitement at the prospect of working with us in this capacity, please apply. ⚡ What you'll do In this role, you will: Lead product for a dedicated, world class product, design, and engineering pod to build high-impact features that our users love Discover, plan, and own the roadmap for Topline Pro agentic marketing products to empower our pros to grow their businesses faster than ever before Successfully ship new features and drive adoption in collaboration with colleagues in sales, marketing, and customer success Deeply understand our customers through continuous user research and collaboration across the business Effectively communicate and document progress + learnings across the organization Report directly to the Chief Product Officer and work with leadership to define product strategy 🎯 What we’re looking for Experience : 3 - 6+ years of product management experience, with a strong understanding of user-centric, agile development; experience building AI-powered products is a plus User-centric : Passionate about creating great user experiences and products our customers love Ambitious: Desire to invent new features that change the game for our customers and deliver incredible business impact Data-driven : Dedicated to tracking and measuring performance, using analytics to uncover deep insights, and deploying hypothesis-driven experiments when applicable Resourceful : Willing to get scrappy to validate concepts and deliver results in an early stage environment Clear communicator : Ability to articulate priorities and keep alignment across the organization amidst a hypergrowth environment 🙌 What we offer Competitive cash compensation + equity package Work 4-days in office (one day remote) from our new office in Boston, MA Full Medical, Dental and Vision Health Coverage Computer and workspace enhancements Monthly stipend for mental and physical health 401(k) plan (non-matching) Unlimited vacation, 9 company holidays, and 1 personal volunteer day a year Opportunity to take on significant responsibility and ownership in scaling a product that can change the lives of home service pros
