Senior Product Manager Full Time Hybrid Remote Work Bijak is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager who can help us on our journey to be the next unicorn. Demonstrates ability to keep multiple pods aligned on the problems, deliver on multiple metrics. Responsibilities Own Product Roadmap and Strategy - Own the strategy and product roadmap for a key area for Bijak Problem Orientation - Ability to Identify the most impactful problems to solve and be able to estimate the business impact of solving them. Data-Driven - Demonstrated ability to define clear metrics and measurement strategies and own the metrics. Ability to setup experiments and testing hypotheses. Collaborate - Closely work with design, engineering, business, operations, and customer support teams to drive outcomes and not just output. Mentor Key Skills/Experience 4+ years of product experience. Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Engineering / Management or related discipline preferably from Top Tier Institutes. Experience in grocery/fresh delivery/e-commerce space. Experience in liaising with marketing for running campaigns on the app . Identify team combinations that optimize the delivery of projects. Strong communication skills and ability to refine messages based on the audience Track record of launching multiple products with high velocity Experience working in a startup environment.
