This is a full time role is based in Sydney with hybrid working, 3 days a week in our office in Surry Hills.
Everlab is an Australian healthtech startup building the platform to look after people's health for their entire lives. It's not just an app, it's the infrastructure connecting every available healthcare service to give you comprehensive data on your health and provide personalised care.
We've had a 23x increase in revenue since June 2025 and recently announced our $65m Series A round, making this an exciting time to join Everlab as we expand globally.
We're a medical company, and we own the whole experience ourselves: the technology, the clinical partnerships and frameworks, everything the member touches.
We run Australia's most comprehensive health assessment: 100+ biomarkers across bloods, imaging and physical diagnostics, reviewed by a longevity doctor who builds a personalised plan around the findings, then re-tested every six months so we stay with members over years.
As the Product Manager for Access, you'll own the journey from a member deciding to investigate something to that member having an answer: ordered, scheduled, attended, resulted and reviewed.
About the role
Access is one of Everlab's four product value streams, covering how members get to their diagnostics: ordering, referrals, scheduling, attendance, results coming back, and the partner network that makes all of it move. You'll work with a dedicated squad of engineers and a designer, alongside our clinical operations team and the external partners who deliver the testing.
That journey crosses several organisations we don't control, including referrers, pathology labs, imaging providers and clinicians, and every link is a place a member can quietly stall. As we grow across Australia, New Zealand and the UK, coordinating that chain becomes the thing that decides whether members get value at all. Much of the work is operational, commercial and external, so expect to spend as much time working out why results take four days to land as you do designing the booking flow.
Here's what you'll own:
The end-to-end chain: every step from a test being ordered to the result being reviewed, and every member-facing surface along the way.
Partner relationships: the commercial and operational relationships with the labs, imaging providers and referrers that keep the chain moving.
The automation call: deciding when a problem needs automating and when it's better solved with people and process.
The Access roadmap: setting the squad's roadmap and defending it.
Your success is measured by two numbers, reported weekly: the time from a member's decision to their answer, and the share of ordered tests that complete.
What we are looking for:
Proven product operator: 6+ years in product management in startup or scaleup companies, including experience owning a customer journey that crossed organisations you didn't control. You've worked in a multi-party domain such as marketplaces, logistics, healthcare delivery or supply chains, and ex-consultants, chiefs of staff and ops leads who want to own the outcome map well here.
Evidence-led problem framer: you size a problem with data before proposing a solution, and you've sized one from messy, incomplete data and defended the number to people who disagreed.
Ruthless prioritiser: you've run several work streams at once with real trade-offs between them, and you can explain what you dropped, what you phased, and why.
Clear communicator and negotiator: you write briefs an engineer can build from without a translator, and you've negotiated with an external party whose incentives weren't yours to reach an outcome that worked for both sides. Half your week will be external and commercial, and you genuinely enjoy that part of the job.
Closes the loop: you've shipped an operational change that stuck after you stopped pushing it, and you can walk us through what resisted and how the data told you it held.
Owner of the messy middle: you've taken what members, clinicians and partners each need and turned it into one coherent journey, and you like the operational half of product as much as the roadmap half. That includes being willing to chase the lab for the result that should have arrived last Tuesday.
Bonus points: experience in healthcare, pathology or imaging; marketplace, logistics or multi-party supply chain operations; or building reporting yourself with SQL, dbt or equivalent rather than briefing it.
