About the role
Our client is an AI-native social commerce company building technology that helps leading brands engage customers across social platforms. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager, AI to report directly to the CEO and own high-impact AI capabilities—from generative prompting workflows to data-driven decision engines. This is a high-autonomy role for a product builder who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to ship meaningful AI experiences quickly.
What you will do
• Own the end-to-end development and launch of AI capabilities, from discovery through iteration and scale.
• Partner with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to build generative prompting workflows and improve AI models.
• Define and track success metrics including accuracy, conversion, and automation impact.
• Identify high-impact opportunities in AI-powered social engagement, personalization, and prompting strategies.
• Ship quickly, iterate rapidly, and independently lead large, ambiguous product initiatives.
Minimum requirements
• 3–7 years of product-management experience, including customer-facing product ownership at a high-caliber technology company.
• Demonstrated experience building AI products or AI-powered features, with practical AI fluency beyond generic tool use.
• Hands-on prototyping or vibe-coding experience that turns product ideas into testable concepts.
• Clear career progression with no concerning job-hopping pattern.
• Degree from a top-tier university.
• Ability to work hybrid from Palo Alto, California, four days per week.
Preferred qualifications
• Consumer, social, shopping, creator, influencer, marketplace, or e-commerce product experience.
• High-growth startup experience and enthusiasm for a high-velocity working environment.
• Data-science background or experience with intelligence and data-driven product areas.
• Strong UX and product-sense judgment, customer empathy, and comfort using data to guide decisions.
Compensation and logistics
• $170,000–$225,000 base salary plus competitive equity.
• Full-time, permanent position with an ASAP start.
• Palo Alto, California — hybrid, four days in office.
• Visa transfers may be considered case by case for exceptional candidates.

The base pay range for this role is $170,000 – $225,000 per year.
