Senior Product Manager (Healthcare Technology)

Job description

Location: Hybrid role based in Charlotte, North Carolina; Hoffman Estates, Illinois; or Hudson, Ohio, United States. Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, vision, and roadmap for unified enterprise service solutions across contracted, depot, and on-demand services.
• Translate customer, vendor, operational, and market evidence into product priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Design AI-enabled service workflows with appropriate trust, explainability, human oversight, triage, routing, and decision support.
• Build customer-facing analytics, benchmarks, visualizations, and ROI insights for service programs, vendors, costs, and coverage.
• Productize and improve the vendor and service-provider network, including performance, quality, routing, SLAs, and incentives.
• Partner with engineering, platform, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams on integrations, packaging, pricing inputs, launches, adoption, and retention.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of product management experience in technology-enabled service solutions and/or B2B SaaS platforms.
• BA/BS degree in business, marketing, a technical field, or a related discipline.
• Experience with product strategy, continuous discovery, evidence-based decision-making, and cross-functional product leadership.
• Ability to work effectively with integrations, data models, platform dependencies, analytics, and engineering teams.
• Strong customer-facing and commercial analytics skills, including defining metrics and creating clear visualizations and narratives.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Healthcare technology, healthcare technology management, supply chain, service contracts, or enterprise asset management experience.
• Experience shipping AI- or ML-enabled product features.
• Experience productizing a marketplace, vendor network, or service-provider network.
• Experience building customer-facing analytics or data-visualization products.
• Product management certification, such as Pragmatic Institute Certified Product Manager.
