Senior Product Manager (Corporate Segment – Property)

Are you ready to shape the future of our insurance solutions for small enterprises and self-employed clients? As a Senior Product Manager, you play a key role in developing, positioning and ensuring the profitability of our product offering within the business segment.

What you’ll do

In this role, you combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution:

• You take the lead in developing and improving products and services for small businesses and self-employed clients
• You coordinate the full product development lifecycle, from concept, conditions and governance to launch preparation, working closely with multiple internal stakeholders
• You monitor market trends and evolving customer needs, translating them into innovative product solutions
• You help define the positioning of our product portfolio across the market and our distribution channels
• You analyze market data, customer insights and distributor needs to support strategic decision-making
• You monitor product profitability and initiate targeted improvements where needed
• You build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal product positioning

This is how you perfectly fit into the team

• You have broad and solid knowledge of insurance solutions for the corporate segment, with a particular focus on Property insurance. You are able to independently assess and evaluate the construction-related and technical aspects of an insurable risk (residential property, commercial building, or facilities) for self-employed professionals and small businesses
• Knowledge of insurance products for the corporate segment, such as Motor, General Liability (Public Liability), Business Interruption, Accident, and Electronics insurance, is considered a strong asset
• You have at least 5 years of experience as a product manager within an insurance company in one or more of these areas. Experience as an underwriting assistant or underwriter within this segment is considered an asset
• You are familiar with the business insurance market and the broker landscape
• You combine analytical thinking with a customer- and results-oriented mindset and take initiative proactively
• You have strong communication and influencing skills to engage stakeholders at different levels
• You are fluent in Dutch and have a good command of French and English
• You are a team player, eager to learn and open to change
• You hold a master’s degree or equivalent experience
