Job Summary As a Product Manager at GovTech, you will play a pivotal role in transforming government services through data-driven insights. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, leveraging data analytics to identify opportunities for improvement, optimize processes, and enhance decision-making across various government initiatives. Job Responsibilities Collaborate with various government agencies and stakeholders to understand their business processes, challenges, and data requirements. Translate complex business problems into clear, actionable data analytics requirements and user stories. Perform in-depth data analysis using various analytical tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights from large datasets. Develop and implement data visualization dashboards and reports to communicate key findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. Evaluate the effectiveness of digital services and initiatives using data-driven metrics and provide recommendations for optimization. Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, and developers to ensure the successful implementation of data solutions. Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions and ensure they meet business needs. Stay abreast of industry best practices in data analytics, business intelligence, and digital government. Contribute to the continuous improvement of GovTech's data analytics capabilities and frameworks. Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong focus on data analytics projects. Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R). Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView). Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the public sector or with government digital services projects is a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies is advantageous. As a product manager, you will also have to plan and manage product budget, schedule, backlogs, vendors and stakeholders.
