We value authenticity, and agility, and we believe in creating an environment where you can do your best work, grow your career, and feel part of something meaningful.

If you're looking for a place where your ideas matter, where innovation is celebrated, and where you can help shape a brighter financial future, join us at Netwealth.

The Opportunity

Netwealth is continuing to evolve the technology that powers Managed Accounts and Managed Discretionary Accounts (MDA) across our platform. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead this strategically important product domain and shape the future of how advisers, model managers and investment providers interact with Managed Accounts at scale.

This is a tribe level role with accountability across multiple scrum teams responsible for core Managed Accounts and MDA capabilities. You'll own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for a complex ecosystem spanning portfolio construction, model management, onboarding, trading, rebalancing, data, integrations and operational workflows.

Working closely with Product Design, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Operations and Financial Products, you'll balance immediate delivery needs with long term platform evolution, ensuring Netwealth continues to build scalable, efficient and market leading managed account capabilities.

You'll lead a team of Product Managers and Associate Product Managers while driving alignment across multiple technology and business domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end to end product vision, strategy and roadmap for the Managed Accounts and MDA domain across multiple scrum teams

  • Define and prioritise outcomes that improve adviser experiences, operational efficiency, automation and platform scalability

  • Lead product discovery to deeply understand customer, operational and business problems and validate solutions before delivery

  • Partner closely with Engineering, Product Design and Architecture to shape technical direction, manage trade offs and deliver sustainable platform capabilities

  • Oversee the evolution of key capabilities including onboarding, model management, trading, rebalancing, data integration and portfolio administration

  • Define, measure and monitor OKRs and product metrics to ensure teams are delivering meaningful outcomes

  • Drive alignment across Product, Technology, Operations, Financial Products, Risk and Compliance to effectively manage dependencies and delivery

  • Act as the product leader for the Managed Accounts and MDA domain, creating clarity across teams and enabling delivery at scale

  • Coach, mentor and support Product Managers and Associate Product Managers to build capability and product maturity

About You

You're an experienced product leader who enjoys solving complex platform and operational challenges. You understand how to balance customer needs, technical constraints and business objectives while leading multiple teams toward a shared vision.

You'll ideally bring:

  • Significant experience leading large scale digital product domains, platforms or ecosystems within financial services, wealth management or fintech

  • Experience operating at a tribe, portfolio or group level with accountability across multiple squads or product streams

  • Strong product discovery and product strategy capability, with a demonstrated ability to identify high value problems and define effective solutions

  • Confidence working with engineering, architecture and design teams to shape technical roadmaps and platform evolution

  • Experience managing complex stakeholder environments and driving alignment across competing priorities

  • The ability to simplify complex systems and processes and translate them into clear product decisions

  • Strong leadership capability with experience coaching and developing Product Managers

  • A product led mindset focused on outcomes, scalability and long term value creation

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable outcomes
