MDisrupt is building a two-sided marketplace connecting organizations with health experts across web and mobile. We’re looking for a fractional Senior Product Manager (15–25 hrs/week) to own product definition end-to-end, translating business goals into clear, actionable requirements, designing intuitive user experiences, and ensuring we build the right features in the right order. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and can operate as a true product owner, driving clarity, making decisions, and partnering closely with engineering, design, and leadership without needing a large team underneath them. What You’ll Do: Own end-to-end product definition, from problem framing through detailed requirements (MRDs, PRDs, acceptance criteria) Map and refine user flows across both sides of the marketplace (clients and healthcare experts) across web and mobile Conduct customer discovery: interview clients and experts, synthesize insights, and translate them into prioritized opportunities Own and maintain the product roadmap and backlog, making clear tradeoffs based on user value, business impact, and engineering effort Partner closely with design to ensure intuitive, high-quality UX (mobile-first thinking, clear information hierarchy, progressive disclosure) Collaborate with engineering to ensure requirements are well understood and implemented correctly Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), define success criteria, and ensure quality before release Communicate priorities, tradeoffs, and progress clearly to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders Develop end-user documentation and help content to support product adoption Who You Are: 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years owning marketplace or multi-sided platform products Experience in healthcare or health-tech strongly preferred (e.g., clinical workflows, expert networks, regulated environments) Proven track record shipping web and mobile products (native or responsive) Strong understanding of UX principles—you can actively critique and improve product and design decisions Excellent written communication; you create clear, structured product artifacts that teams can execute against Experience running UAT and structured user feedback loops Comfortable operating independently in fast-moving, ambiguous environments Nice to Have: Experience working with clinicians, researchers, or licensed healthcare professionals as users Familiarity with trust, verification, or credentialing workflows (important for expert marketplaces) Experience with tools such as Figma, Jira/Linear, Notion, Amplitude/Mixpanel, Dovetail
