Redfin is revolutionizing the $75 billion real estate industry. We use data, beautiful software, and innovative design to put customers first at every step in the home-ownership, renting, and financing process.
The Customer Growth team is the engine behind Redfin's demand generation. We convert 50M+ unique monthly visitors into agent and mortgage demand across our buy, sell, and mortgage businesses. From tour scheduling to offer submission to mortgage lead gen, we own the conversion flows that connect users with Redfin real estate agents and Rocket Mortgage bankers. We run a high volume of A/B experiments while making bigger bets on new contact channels, and we're increasingly using AI and personalization to decide what to show each visitor and when.
This role sits at the center of that shift, and also at the center of integrating Rocket's brand into the Redfin experience — so the work you do here will shape both products for years to come.
About the role
- Own key parts of the conversion funnel — from the listing page to search to the payment calculator — turning visitors into contacts for our agents and bankers.
- Run a high-velocity experimentation program, designing, executing, and learning from A/B tests to continuously improve conversion, and pushing beyond manual testing toward AI-driven personalization of what we surface to each user.
- Build vision and product strategy, and drive cross-functional and leadership alignment behind it.
- Set roadmaps, requirements, and product designs, with concrete goals to measure success.
- Partner with stakeholders across Redfin and Rocket to build a cohesive experience, navigate tradeoffs, and drive business results.
- Rally a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, marketers, and analysts to ship world-class products, and influence engineering leaders on technical direction with strategic impact.
- Dive deep into data with analysts to surface insights and drive product improvements.
- Communicate progress, outcomes, and recommendations to executives through clear written narratives and reviews.
- Raise the bar on best practices and mechanisms as a senior product leader on the team.
About you
- 5+ years of product management experience building and delivering new products or experiences, ideally at a large consumer marketplace or B2C platform.
- Strong track record in conversion-focused product management, with deep fluency in A/B testing and experimentation.
- Comfortable using AI and ML — whether for personalization, experimentation, or workflow — as a core part of how you build product, not an add-on.
- Able to influence executives and individual contributors alike across multiple functions.
- A fast learner who develops subject-matter expertise quickly in ambiguous, complex areas.
- Deep customer empathy — you listen to users, understand their core problems, and build intuitive solutions.
- A track record of tackling ambiguous, innovative problems and simplifying complexity into something actionable.
- A strong communicator who distills hard problems into their essential elements for both teams and executives.
- Analytical at your core — data-driven, comfortable rolling up your sleeves on complex analysis, and able to explain it simply.
- Passionate about Redfin's mission.
