We currently have a career opportunity for a Director/ Business Product Lead to join our team located preferably in Boston, MA or remote with travel.
As the business product lead, you will coordinate with leaders of strategic business workstreams to define, sequence and manage the overall, interconnected business requirements, build, and ultimately testing. This role is about connecting dots and knitting underlying core capabilities into a product that delivers.

- Work to ensure this foundational data build effectively brings together clinical, claims, behavioral, interactions data to power highly personalized member experiences across end user systems – from call center, to nurse case managers, to automated marketing and digital navigation interfaces.
- Ensure appropriate alignment and integration of initiatives to accelerate the collection of high-quality digital contact information (emails, mobile numbers). E.g. align the work to drive industry-leading consent and member preference management frameworks with how we are deploying incentives.
- oversee the business strategy to modernize member websites, provider directory, and search tools.
- AI Conversational Interfaces: ensure the continuous evolution of consumer-facing AI Chatbot helps drive overall program performance.
- Define business logic and clinical/benefit priorities for the engine that synthesizes clinical insights, benefits, and administrative data into prioritized member recommendations.
- Ensure the right recommendations are delivered in the right sequence, through the right channels (web, mobile, email, SMS, advocate desktop).
- Ensure appropriate infrastructure, data, workflows, and support so our workforce our teams – service advocates, clinical teams – are positioned to both know and reinforce next best action recommendations.
- Ensure that bundled navigation capabilities tiered into new product offerings aligned with the medical products. Integrate wellness incentives and establish robust ROI models to demonstrate value to employer groups. Ensure infrastructure, data, and workflows align to product tiers for service and clinical teams.
- Align and customize core navigation capabilities to support Star Ratings performance, focusing on preventive care gaps, CAHPS optimization, and senior-specific experience designs.
- Continuous Member Experience Improvement Engine: Help align with overarching program goals the establishment of a real-time, AI-driven listening capability to proactively identify member pain points and friction before escalation, and then translating those insights into a prioritized, continuous backlog of immediate fixes and strategic updates.
- Revamp our enterprise-wide accountability metrics, aligning short-term, annual, and multi-year incentive plans with the true drivers of value across member experience, engagement and navigation.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive product management experience, with at least 5 years at a director level within healthcare (payer, digital health, or high-complexity health tech).
- Strategic Execution: Proven track record of managing a multi-product portfolio or highly complex digital transformation program rather than a single feature set.
- Strong Technical Partnership: Extensive experience partnering directly with enterprise IT, engineering, and solution delivery leads in an Agile environment.
- Payer Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of health insurance operations, clinical value metrics, wellness programs, and Medicare Star Ratings.
- Analytical Rigor: Demonstrated experience proving ROI for product offerings and designing enterprise-level incentive/performance frameworks.
- Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with clinical decision-making systems, Next Best Action (NBA) engines, and customer data platforms (CDPs).
- Experience with AI/Natural Language Processing (NLP) tools applied to customer feedback or conversational search.
- Exceptional executive communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional senior executives across Business, Clinical, Actuarial, Sales, and IT departments.

A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $103584 to $209800.
