About Entity
Entity is building the destination for high calibre games on the web. A curated catalogue of bestselling full-scale game titles running natively in the browser: click a link and you’re playing in seconds on the device you already own.
There are no downloads, no installs and no new hardware. This new low-friction way of playing games is powered by the latest developments in web technologies such as WebAssembly and WebGPU, allowing us to render high-quality game experiences on your device. This is not a game streaming service; this is the power of the New Web.
For developers, we’re the official, licensed channel for proper games on the web. We offer self-serve tools to publish, operate and grow their games, with social play, identity and a unique end-to-end business analytics suite built into the platform.
We’ve signed top-tier publishers representing millions of unit sales on PC and console to date and are preparing for launch in 2027. We are growing the company in preparation for welcoming players to a new way of experiencing, and discovering, a new home for their gaming experience.
We’re early, funded and moving fast. Joining Entity at this stage is a rare opportunity to help shape our company and our mission. We are an AI-native business; embracing the latest technologies and tools is essential to being successful with us.
About the role
We're hiring a Product Manager to own how that product performs once it's in players' hands. That means how players find games, decide to buy, keep coming back, and what we learn from it every week.
Product at Entity is split into two roles that work as one team:
- Product Manager, Live (this role) owns how the product performs once it's live: the store, pricing, the player funnel, live ops and product performance.
- Product Manager, Platform owns what we build: core platform features, the player experience, developer tools and governance.
You'll own the commercial side of the product and the weekly rhythm of a live service. Some of what you need will have to be built. When it does, you'll define the requirements and the Platform PM will plan them into the platform roadmap.
This role sits close to the business. You'll work with the Head of Games on releases, with marketing on campaigns and community, and with leadership and the data team on the numbers that matter. You'll also work with engineers and designers day to day to get changes shipped and tested quickly.
We're a small team heading into launch. We need someone who moves fast, runs experiments and makes decisions from evidence. The right person knows how much process is enough, and no more. You'll also be close to how players discover and buy games today, and keen to build for where the industry is heading.
Key responsibilities
- Store and discovery. Own the storefront experience: game pages, merchandising, discovery and checkout conversion. Decide what players see, where, and why.
- Pricing and offers. Own:
- price points, trials, bundles and discounts
- founding-member and waitlist incentives
- the promotions calendar. Work with finance and the Head of Games on how publisher terms affect this.
- Player funnel. Own the path from waitlist to first session, trial, purchase and return visits. Design and run A/B tests, and turn the results into product changes.
- Live ops. Own the live ops calendar: events, promotions and feature beats. Line it up with the Head of Games' release schedule and marketing's campaigns.
- Product performance. Define the product KPIs, own the dashboards and run a weekly performance review. Turn what you learn into roadmap priorities.
- Early access. Run the early access programme's feedback loop: collect player feedback, sort issues and feed them into the backlog.
- Requirements for growth features. Define what the store and live product need. Work with the Platform PM to get it planned and built, and use the live ops and analytics tools as their main internal customer.
- Publisher performance. Give publishers and the Games team performance data, store placement and promotional slots that help their games succeed on Entity.
- Working with marketing and community. Work closely with marketing, community, and our agency and creator partners so that what players hear matches what they find in the product. You don't run community or influencer programmes yourself, but you are a key stakeholder in growth.
- Communication. Keep the team and leadership clear on performance and priorities. Write a short monthly update for the board pack and support investor KPI reporting.
Requirements
- 3+ years' product management on games or digital consumer products, including recent ownership of monetisation, growth or live ops.
- A track record of improving conversion, retention or revenue through product changes and testing, with numbers to show for it.
- Hands-on experience with pricing, storefronts or in-game economies, and the judgement to balance player value with commercial outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills: you set up KPIs, read dashboards and query data yourself rather than waiting for someone else to.
- Experience running live products, with a regular cadence of releases, events and promotions.
- Experience working closely with engineering, design and marketing as part of the team.
- Good judgement on process: you know when a quick conversation is enough and when something needs writing down.
- A current, first-hand understanding of how people play and discover games today, including:
- where players spend their time: Discord, Reddit, Twitch, TikTok, YouTube
- how players aged 16 to 60 engage with games and games content
- how AI is changing how games are made, found and played
- Clear communication, including presenting performance to leadership.
- Based in the UK or Ireland, with the right to work there.
Nice to have
- Experience on a games storefront, subscription service or premium games platform.
- Experience working with publishers or developers on commercial performance.
- Experience with pre-launch waitlists, early access programmes or founding-member offers.
- Experience taking a product from pre-launch to launch.
- Experience at an early-stage startup or in a small, fast-moving team.
- Familiarity with analytics and experimentation tools, and comfort writing SQL.
- A passion for games, and hands-on use of AI tools in your own product work.
Working Conditions
Entity is remote-first, but this role is only open to candidates based in the UK or Ireland, with a suitable home-working setup. We value autonomy, clear ownership, and outcome-driven work. Some flexibility in working hours is expected to support collaboration across the team. Occasional travel may be required for team sessions, industry events, or visits with development partners.
