Senior Product Manager - MCP Manager

In January 2026, we acquired MCP Manager - a governance platform for the Model Context Protocol - and brought it into our product portfolio as a new product line at the intersection of AI and data privacy. This role owns that product. The role You will be the Senior Product Manager for MCP Manager by Usercentrics, our solution for controlling and centralizing AI's access to systems and data. This is a high-impact position: the product is new to Usercentrics, the market is moving fast, and you will define how it grows. You will work directly with engineering and design to ship, with GTM teams to launch, and with customers to understand where the product needs to go next. Within 3 months, you will have a clear grasp of the existing product, established working relationships with engineering and design, and shipped at least a handful of meaningful improvements. Within 12 months, you will own the product roadmap end-to-end, have embedded MCP Manager into Usercentrics' broader product ecosystem, and be the internal and external authority on what this product does and where it's headed. Your tasks: Owning the product roadmap for MCP Manager - from prioritization through to delivery Collecting, analyzing, and acting on customer feedback and usage data Writing and maintaining product requirements documentation Collaborating daily with engineering and design teams Supporting go-to-market launches in partnership with Marketing and Customer Success Connecting product decisions to Usercentrics' privacy strategy and business goals Representing the product externally - with customers, partners, and at events
