Senior Product Manager (m/f/x)

As a Senior Product Manager , you will own the development and execution of new ESG products, ensuring they align with evolving international regulations. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, UI/UX teams, and development teams to shape best-in-class solutions. While prior knowledge of ESG laws is a plus, a strong interest in sustainability, compliance, and product innovation is essential. You will navigate a fast-changing regulatory landscape, helping businesses stay ahead while making a meaningful impact on global sustainability efforts. This role is based in Mannheim, a vibrant tech hub at the heart of Germany, where you'll collaborate with a talented, forward-thinking team. We embrace a hybrid work model, with three days a week in the office, ensuring the perfect balance between in-person collaboration and remote flexibility. Key Responsibilities Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, development, and product delivery to bring products to life - focusing on GRC (Governance - Risk - Compliance). Ensuring regulatory compliance by staying informed on legal requirements and integrating them into product roadmaps. Acting as the in-house product expert by keeping up-to-date with ESG legislation and proactively adapting product strategies to new developments. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bringing expertise in B2B SaaS product management, covering both product discovery and delivery. Experience working very closely with software engineers to build and improve products. Driving data-informed decision-making by using market insights, customer feedback, and regulatory trends to guide product direction. Balancing business, design, and technology by aligning diverse stakeholder needs to build intuitive, impactful products.
