The zvoove Elevate team builds innovative products to drive growth across the zvoove Group and its business units. We also spearhead zvoove’s transformation into a fully AI-enabled company.
As Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) you take end-to-end ownership of products in our portfolio. You set the vision for each product, ensure commercial success, and make sure the products fit together into one coherent experience for our users across multiple European markets. At the same time, you lead the way in how we build products in the age of AI and enable others to leverage AI effectively.

Your tasks
- Own vision, strategy, commercial impact, and roadmap for several products and balance priorities between them
- Turn customer and market insights into clear specifications, a healthy backlog, and reliable sprint planning in an international, distributed team
- Work closely with engineering, QA, design, and the regional product heads to prioritize by market, especially across our Dutch product cluster
- Manage integrations with ERP systems and business units, including API gaps, timelines, and regular steering meetings
- Use data and AI in your daily work to make better and faster product decisions
- Become a subject matter expert for building products with AI and enable peers and stakeholders across the zvoove Group
Your profile
Must have
- Fluent in English and Dutch, written and spoken
- 3+ years of product management in B2B SaaS, including at least one year as the sole owner of a product
- Experience with APIs and the ability to specify complex, cross-system workflows
- Experience working with international stakeholders across functions and hierarchy levels
- AI and data analytics are a natural part of your daily work
- You enjoy ambiguity and technical challenges
- You have a commercial mindset and understand how your products can make an impact
- Fluent in German
- Background in HR tech, staffing or workforce management
- Experience with B2C mobile products (e.g. Flutter, React Native)
- Experience with multi-sided platforms
