Meet the Team
Cisco Cloud Control brings networking, security, observability, compute, and collaboration together in one AI-native management experience. The platform serves customers with complex environments and many ways to get value from the Cisco products they already own.
We are building a clearer picture of how customers get started, what they use, and where they find value.
As Cisco Cloud Control becomes the shared operating experience across the portfolio, we need to understand the full customer journey: how teams arrive, onboard, connect products, adopt capabilities, and build habits over time. That means joining signals across product surfaces and customer lifecycle stages, then translating them into a practical view of what helps customers succeed and what gets in their way.
The opportunity is to turn product signals into better customer outcomes and smarter product decisions.
We are looking for a product leader who can connect customer behavior, product strategy, and measurable growth.
Your mission
Own the product vision and roadmap for customer insights and adoption across Cisco Cloud Control. Build the capabilities that reveal how customers onboard, move between experiences, use products and features, and realize value across their Cisco environment. Turn those signals into trusted insights and thoughtful journeys that help customers make better use of the capabilities available to them, deepen adoption where it makes sense, and guide Cisco toward a more coherent, product-led experience.
What you will do
Build End-to-End Customer Visibility
- Define a customer lifecycle measurement strategy spanning discovery, onboarding, activation, ongoing usage, expansion, and renewal signals across Cisco Cloud Control.
- Partner with product and data teams to connect events and context across products, features, customer accounts, roles, and key lifecycle milestones.
- Establish clear definitions, instrumentation standards, and data quality practices so teams can trust and compare the signals they use to make decisions.
Understand Adoption and Customer Behavior
- Identify patterns in how customers discover, configure, and use products and features, including the paths that lead to sustained value or early drop-off.
- Segment journeys by customer needs, environment, role, maturity, and use case to reveal meaningful differences in adoption and outcomes.
- Pair quantitative product signals with customer research, field feedback, and support insights to explain what customers are trying to accomplish.
Turn Insights into Better Journeys
- Create timely, relevant in-product journeys that help customers discover and activate capabilities suited to their environment and goals.
- Help customers understand how connected Cisco capabilities can improve security, resilience, operational context, and cost effectiveness when they fit the need.
- Use experimentation and customer feedback to improve onboarding, education, recommendations, and time to first meaningful outcome.
Enable Product-Led Growth
- Define a growth model grounded in customer value, with measures for activation, feature adoption, product engagement, retention, and expansion.
- Find opportunities to make the Cisco Cloud Control experience a natural place for customers to discover and manage the capabilities they use.
- Build learning loops that help teams see which journeys improve adoption and customer outcomes, and where friction or unmet needs remain.
Understand AI Agents in the Customer Journey
- Measure how customers discover, adopt, and use AI agents and agent-enabled workflows alongside products, features, and existing operating practices.
- Explore how agent activity changes customer journeys, task completion, product engagement, and the signals teams need to understand value and trust.
- Work with AI, platform, privacy, and product teams to ensure agent experiences are measurable, useful, and grounded in customer needs.
Lead Cross-Functional Product Decisions
- Bring product management, design, engineering, data science, analytics, marketing, sales, and customer experience teams together around a shared view of customer adoption.
- Translate customer and product evidence into prioritized opportunities, clear product requirements, and roadmap choices that teams can act on.
- Communicate findings and recommendations in a clear, compelling way to product teams, executives, and customer-facing organizations.
Your Impact
Your work will give Cisco a more complete understanding of how customers experience Cisco Cloud Control and the products connected to it: where onboarding succeeds, which capabilities customers use, how adoption changes over time, and what customers need next.
Those insights will shape product decisions and customer journeys that make value easier to find and realize. Customers can better understand how the capabilities in their environment work together to support safer, more resilient, and more cost-effective operations.
You will help establish a durable product-led growth capability: one that learns from real customer behavior, respects customer context, and turns evidence into better experiences across Cisco Cloud Control.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors + 12 years, or Masters + 8 years, or PhD + 5 years of related experience in product management, including ownership of customer-facing products or platform capabilities.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS, cloud platforms, product analytics, customer data platforms, or large-scale telemetry
- Experience defining product analytics, instrumentation, lifecycle metrics, or adoption strategies for a digital product.
- Experience turning behavioral data and customer research into clear product opportunities, decisions, and measurable outcomes.
- Experience leading cross-functional work with engineering, design, analytics or data science, and go-to-market partners.
- Prior experience of digital customer journeys, onboarding, activation, feature adoption, retention, or product-led growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to make complex evidence useful to teams and executives.
- Familiarity with enterprise networking, security, observability, compute, or collaboration products and the teams that operate them.
- Experience measuring AI assistant, AI agent, or workflow automation adoption and outcomes.
- Knowledge of experimentation, behavioral analytics, data governance, privacy, and event taxonomy practices.
- A track record of building customer education, recommendations, or in-product adoption journeys that improve customer outcomes.
