Senior Product Manager - REMOTE

About the role: Although our HQ is in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We are looking for a strong, independent Senior Product Manager, that can work FULLY REMOTE in the European timezone (CET). You drive the product development life cycle of Jibble (core product) from research phase, usability and feasibility of product features, testing to deployment Proactively conceive, document and drive the creation of new enhancements based on research, data collection, competitive analysis, market understanding, customer input and feedback from client facing teams Lead the engineering team, developing written requirements and manage prioritisation Monitor product success, define, and track KPIs to ensure performance is in line with objectives Work closely within the QA process to ensure all requirements are being met Work closely with management team on overall growth strategy and ensure product is in line with vision Initiate version 2 of the product with a complete redesign of the front-end We are looking for: Minimum of 10 years experience in product management and several years within SaaS Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Technology or equivalent Analytical, structured and have a high attention to detail Strong business strategy and product management acumen Interest in technology, finance and good with numbers Work during European times (since most developers work within 2 hours of CET) Available to start work within 2 months or sooner Fluent in English As a Senior Product Manager at Jibble you will get: To learn and work with a lean international team who started and grew multiple tech startups A competitive salary and equity compensation Great opportunities for personal and professional growth Opportunity to become VP of Product and lead all product teams, i.e. Jibble integrations, API, new apps and products to drive revenue Company Culture Values We care greatly about the quality of our work and the product we offer to our customers We’re motivated by high NPS scores and customer satisfaction We work remotely and we trust each other with their tasks We work 35 hours a week.
