Job Description

Senior Product Manager - Rewards Strategy, Loyalty & SSO Integrations

This role will own the end-to-end rewards strategy and complete rewards cycle to execution. This role will also lead integration efforts for the broader ecosystem of connections that enable our Get Care & Member Experience Strategy, including Single Sign-On (SSO) for customers and integrations with 3rd-party care vendors

What is in it for you:

• Salaried: $50-60 per hour.
• Incorporated Business Rate: $60-70 per hour.
• 6-month contract.
• Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.
• Hybrid work, with 3 days per week in the office.

Responsibilities:
• Direct end-to-end rewards strategy: including managing the points budget, defining what members are rewarded for, determining eligibility criteria, and reward value, balancing member value, cost, and business outcomes, and then then carrying hat strategy through to execution.
• Own the full rewards lifecycle: Scope, design, launch, measure, and iterate reward programs, ensuring alignment across Product, third party cendors, Marketing, Finance, and Operations at every stage of the lifecycle
• Lead ecosystem integration delivery: Own the roadmap and delivery of integrations spanning customer-facing inbound SSO and 3rd-party care vendor connectivity, ensuring each integration advances the Get Care strategy and is delivered to a consistent standard of quality.
• Drive SSO and identity federation across the ecosystem: Play a leading role in inbound SSO for customers as well as integrations with 3rd-party care vendors, applying SAML 2.0 and other IdP technologies (e.g., OIDC), in partnership with Security and Architecture, to ensure reliable and compliant connectivity.
• Define integration and rewards architecture patterns: Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Data to establish reusable patterns for SSO, identity federation, and reward fulfillment, applied consistently across customers and care vendors alike.
• Translate strategy into delivery plans: Develop clear execution plans across internal teams and third party vendors, encompassing milestones, dependencies, ownership, and risk and issue management, spanning both rewards and ecosystem integration workstreams
• Champion measurable outcomes: Define and track key performance indicators (e.g., reward redemption and engagement, cost per rewarded outcome, integration adoption, SSO reliability and uptime, care vendor connectivity performance, member satisfaction), leveraging data to continuously refine rewards strategy and integration performance.
• Ensure secure, compliant, and reliable integrations: Partner with Security, Architecture, and Legal to ensure integration patterns meet enterprise compliance and security standards (e.g., SAML assertions, encryption, session management, data handling) across both customer and care vendor connectivity.
• Synthesize complex rewards and technical topics for leadership: Distill rewards strategy trade-offs and SSO and integration technical nuance into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.

What you will need to succeed:
• Experience: Minimum of five years' experience in Digital Product Management, encompassing rewards or loyalty strategy and identity or SSO integration expertise.
• Education: University Degree in Business, Technical, or a Quantitative Field. A Master's degree, or business-oriented education, is a strong asset when paired with a technical background.
• Executive Communication: Demonstrated proficiency in preparing and delivering clear, concise, and compelling recommendations to senior leadership.
• Complexity Simplification: Distinguished ability to translate complex rewards, technical, and integration considerations into accessible, business-relevant narratives.
• Relationship Building: Exceptional capacity to cultivate and sustain relationships with senior business leaders, internal technology partners, and externa vendors' technical and product teams.
• Execution Under Pressure:
