Senior Product Manager - Smartboard

Qualifications

• Product management expertise, including experience in defining product vision, roadmap planning, and managing end-to-end product lifecycles for technology or SaaS solutions.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and translating business needs into clear, actionable user stories and specifications.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, UX/UI design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality product releases.
• Proficiency in data-driven decision making, including use of product analytics, KPIs, and user feedback to optimize features and improve customer experience.
• Background in digital transformation or enterprise solutions, ideally with exposure to collaboration tools, smart devices, or interactive boards.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and build consensus across diverse teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work in agile or iterative delivery environments, including backlog management and sprint planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Product Management) are an advantage.
• Comfort working in a hybrid setup in WP. Kuala Lumpur, with the flexibility to attend on-site meetings and collaborate closely with local and remote stakeholders.
