We’re entering an established market with strong local players, with a clear ambition: become the #1 boat rental marketplace in the US within the next few years. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the product strategy and execution behind that growth, leading two product squads dedicated to the US market. You’ll work closely with Click&Boat’s leadership team and play a central role in making our US expansion a success. 🛟 What floats your boat US Market Launch & Expansion You will own the product strategy for launching and scaling Click&Boat in the US — from product adaptation to geographic expansion. Vision & Execution You can align a leadership team around a clear product vision, then turn it into concrete priorities that help your squads deliver maximum value. Decision Making You’re comfortable making decisions with 40–70% of the information, using data to guide you without waiting for perfect certainty. Cross-Cultural Collaboration You will work closely with tech, design, operations and senior leadership, bridging our European teams with the realities of the US market.
