About the Role
Join a construction technology SaaS team to build and lead product marketing across multiple customer segments and markets. You will shape how construction businesses understand and adopt the product, partnering closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing leadership.
What You'll Do
Develop positioning and messaging for customer segments, buyer personas, and markets.
Build the product marketing function, assess existing materials, and establish a practical playbook.
Lead go-to-market planning and execution for product, partner, and feature launches.
Create sales enablement materials, including competitive guides, one-pagers, ROI tools, and demo scripts, and coach teams on active deals.
Design AI-enabled workflows for competitive research, customer insights, content creation, and sales enablement.
Lead positioning and messaging strategy for a website rebuild.
Turn customer interviews, win/loss findings, and market signals into actionable insights.
Develop customer evidence and advocacy programs, and guide regional marketing managers on messaging.
What We're Looking For
5 to 8 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, including building a product marketing function and leading end-to-end launches.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort working through ambiguity.
Ability to translate complex products into clear positioning and messaging that supports pipeline growth.
Experience with construction technology, proptech, or marketing to technical and field-based buyers is a plus.
Familiarity with construction project management platforms, AI and machine learning tools, CRM platforms, and marketing automation.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $130,000 to $160,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
