About Metroscope

Metroscope builds AI software for power plants. Our products help plant teams turn operational data into decisions: understand performance losses, detect abnormal behavior early, forecast capacity, analyze transient events and explore plant data.

Two major product directions are our One Stop Shop vision, connecting these capabilities into a more integrated offering, and the integration of agentic AI into our products.

Product Marketing sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, Marketing and the field. Our users and buyers are technical. Credibility comes from understanding the product and their reality, not only from producing marketing assets.

The role

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can take ownership of an evolving scope and focus on what matters most for the business.

You will report directly to the CPMO.

What you will focus on
  • Market understanding and positioning. Understand customer needs, market dynamics and competitors to identify opportunities and apply and refine our existing positioning where needed.

  • Go-to-market strategy and execution. Drive product and feature launches, support growth within existing accounts and into new markets, and contribute to partnership initiatives through launch plans and cross-functional coordination.

  • Sales enablement and adoption. Master our existing material, improve decks, demos and use cases with support from Ops on technical content, train Sales, join customer conversations and make sure the assets we build are actually used.

  • Product Marketing operating model. Help the team stabilize simple and useful ways of working across insights, launches, enablement and feedback loops.

How we expect you to work
  • Go deep enough into the product to discuss it credibly with Product, Ops, Sales and technical customers.

  • Spend time understanding how people actually work in power plants and what matters to them.

  • Start from the business problem, not from a predefined Product Marketing framework.

  • Prefer a useful first version and fast learning over waiting for perfect information.

  • Stay hands-on. You should be comfortable creating and editing slides, working in Figma or Canva, updating Webflow, using Notion, LLMs or any tool you will need to help you optimize your work.

  • Build trust by delivering, listening and following through.

What success looks like after 6-12 months
  • Sales understand, trust and use the Product Marketing material.

  • You have built a direct understanding of our users, products and market.

  • The core PMM processes are simple, stable and do not depend on one person remembering everything.

  • Sales can confidently present and demonstrate our products using relevant use cases and evidence of customer value.

  • Product Marketing supports launches and growth opportunities with clear, practical material that teams actually use.

What we are looking for

We are looking for seniority in judgment, ownership and execution, more than a specific number of years.

You will likely have:

  • Strong Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS or another complex technical product environment.

  • Evidence that you have worked closely with Sales and Product and owned initiatives from diagnosis to delivery and adoption.

  • The ability to understand technical subjects and turn them into clear customer and business value.

  • Fluency in French, in addition to strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • The autonomy to move forward in an environment where priorities evolve and not everything is defined upfront.

Experience in energy, industrial software or an engineering environment is a plus, but curiosity and the ability to learn the domain deeply matter more.

Workplace and benefits

This is a permanent position based in Paris, with remote work a few days per week. The expected start is in 2027.

  • 75% of your Navigo public transport pass covered by Metroscope, or a sustainable mobility allowance of up to €700 per year.

  • Swile meal card: €10 per day, with 60% covered by Metroscope.

  • Alan health insurance, with 70% covered by Metroscope.

  • €300 for your remote work setup.

  • EDF Group savings plan with employer matching contributions.

  • Profit-sharing agreement of up to 10% of fixed salary.

  • Team-building events and company seminars.
