About the Role

A construction technology company is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to build and lead its product marketing function. You will shape how customers across multiple markets understand and adopt the platform, partnering closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.

What You'll Do

  • Develop positioning and messaging for different customer segments, buyer personas, and geographies.

  • Build the product marketing playbook and establish the function from the ground up.

  • Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for product, partner, and feature launches across four markets.

  • Create sales enablement resources, including battlecards, objection guides, one-pagers, ROI calculators, and demo scripts, and coach teams on active deals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to improve product discovery and adoption among construction customers.

  • Design AI-enabled workflows for competitive monitoring, customer research, content drafting, and sales enablement.

  • Lead positioning and messaging strategy for a website rebuild.

  • Use customer interviews, win/loss insights, and market research to guide strategy and build customer evidence and advocacy programs.

  • Advise regional marketing managers on positioning and messaging for demand generation.

What We're Looking For

  • Five to eight years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, including work with established teams and experience building product marketing functions.

  • Experience developing positioning across customer segments, personas, and geographies, and leading end-to-end go-to-market launches.

  • Strong cross-functional skills, sound judgment in evolving environments, and the ability to translate complex products into clear messaging.

  • Experience with construction technology or proptech is beneficial.

  • Familiarity with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, AI and machine learning tools, CRM platforms, and marketing automation.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing or a related field.

  • Ability to travel two to three times per quarter and work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
