Senior Product Owner

We are currently looking for a dynamic, user-centric, and data-driven Product Owner to further expand our product ecosystem and transform our digital journey.

This role will report directly to the Head of Product & Business Development, acting as the bridge between product strategy and business growth. In this position, you will directly contribute to Tatilsepeti's growth targets by bringing new product ideas to life and ensuring the continuous improvement of our existing digital products.

What We Expect From You

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Management, or a related field. Certifications such as PMP or CSPO are a plus.
• 6+ years of experience in product management, project management, or technical product development, especially in e-commerce, online travel, or digital platforms.
• Deep familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a proven track record of successfully applying them in real-world projects.
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, TFS, and MS Project.
• A solid technical understanding of web and mobile application development processes (frontend, backend, APIs, UX).
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Military service must be completed for male candidates.

Your Responsibilities

• Shape new product and feature ideas based on user needs, market trends, and data analysis to enhance Tatilsepeti's competitive edge.
• Define the product vision, create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog.
• Write user stories, break down complex requests into smaller, actionable pieces, and define acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development (frontend, backend, QA, UX), marketing, sales, and business development.
• Lead sprint planning, participate in daily stand-ups, and ensure the effectiveness of Scrum processes.
• Monitor the performance of mobile and web platforms, user behavior, and conversion metrics to develop data-driven improvement suggestions.
• Support product decisions using A/B testing, user research, and feedback loops.
• Coordinate project timelines, resource planning, and cross-project dependencies.
• Keep project documentation (roadmap, BRD, sprint reports, etc.) up-to-date and effectively communicate it to stakeholders.
