Our focus is on connecting experts who understand how to turn creative concepts into high-performing, data-driven products for the global iGaming market. About RecruitPro Talent Pool We collaborate with iGaming and Slot Game Production companies working across diverse markets - from startups to established content providers. Our partners develop full-cycle gaming products, and we help them connect with Slot Game Designers and Product Owners who can lead product vision, define mechanics, and oversee production from concept to market release. What You’ll Typically Do Define product vision, game scope, and go-to-market strategy. Research slot and casino game markets to identify trends, mechanics, and winning concepts. Create detailed documentation — GDDs, concepts, and pitches. Oversee the game development lifecycle, from prototype to launch. Collaborate with production, art, and development teams to ensure unified product vision. Manage communication and alignment among stakeholders. Support soft launches, analyze results, and refine game features. Who We’re Looking For We welcome professionals at various levels — from ambitious Mid-levels to seasoned Leads — who have experience in: Game Design or Product Ownership within iGaming or Game Development. Building slot or casino game mechanics and understanding game math, RTP, volatility, and player engagement models. Preparing game documentation, concepts, and prototypes. Full-cycle product management — from ideation to release. Working with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, Slack, GMeet, etc. Applying product analytics to support data-driven decisions. Nice to Have Experience with other gambling products (Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat, Crash games, etc.). Understanding of analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent. Experience with A/B testing and post-release game optimization. Soft Skills & Cultural Fit Proactivity, ownership, and consistency in delivery.
