Senior Product Owner

Alpaflow is looking for an enthusiastic Product Owner to lead technical projects.

You will help design and deliver data processing products, manufacturing systems or IoT solutions for our industrial clients.

In concrete terms:

• You are the single point of contact between our clients and our industrial digitalisation team..
• You are responsible for gathering business needs from end users/clients.
• You prioritise and challenge requests.
• You define the backlog for the developers.
• You track sprint progress and identify blockers.
• You make sure that project documentation is up to date.
• You participate in key meetings and keep communication flowing with other teams.

Requirements

• Master's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or management (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years' experience as a Product Owner on digital products.
• Quick learner who picks up new domains fast.
• Knowledge of backlog management.
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Assertiveness: you can say "no", or "not now", and back it up with sound arguments.
• Fluent French and English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Scrum.
• Knowledge of Jira.
• Understanding of IT and programming concepts.
• Experience in industrial environments, or a keen interest in learning about them.
