Senior Product Owner, Frontline Solutions

Your mission

As our Senior Product Owner for Frontline Solutions, you will turn the way customers integrate ProGlove wearables into their WMS and MES landscapes into reusable, productized features and services.

You start hands-on: in your first months you personally lead 2 to 3 customer integrations on real shop floors. From there, you shift mostly to productization, turning what you learn into features, connectors and services that work across our customer base, and saying no to requests that do not generalize.

You build with AI coding tools and agents as part of daily delivery and work every day with our engineering team in Serbia. The role is based in Munich or Belgrade.

• You think scan-first: small screen, minimal input, built around the operator's workflow
• Equally at home on the shop floor with operators and in code reviews with engineers
• High drive and a bias to action; effective in a unit that is still being built

Core responsibilities

• Lead customer integrations of ProGlove wearables into WMS and MES systems, especially in your first months
• Own the backlog for Frontline Solutions integration features and services, and write clear requirements and acceptance criteria
• Work daily with the engineering team in Serbia, using AI coding tools and agents to deliver and test
• Redesign warehouse and production workflows for wearables together with operators
• Work with Sales, Customer Success and integration partners to bring reusable solutions to more customers

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience, of which at least 3 years hands-on in shop-floor IT integration (WMS such as SAP EWM, or MES) with mobile or scanning devices
• Proven track record of turning project or integration work into reusable products, templates or services
• Experience redesigning warehouse or production processes for handheld, wearable or voice devices together with operators
• You build with AI coding tools and agents today and can show a concrete example from the last 3 to 6 months, including how it was tested
• Technical depth: you can read REST/WebSocket, SAP interfaces (RFC, BAPI, IDoc) or equivalent, Telnet and ITS Mobile, and you can review code (not necessarily write all of it)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• English at C1 level or higher
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites

Nice to have

• German language skills
• Experience with SAP EWM RF framework, MFS or SAP Digital Manufacturing
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or IoT platforms
• Background in industrial technology, AutoID, intralogistics or enterprise B2B software

What success looks like

Within your first 6 months, you will:

• Personally lead 2 to 3 customer integrations of ProGlove wearables into WMS or MES systems
• Identify the integration patterns that repeat across customers and turn the first of them into reusable features, connectors or templates
• Run an AI-assisted delivery workflow with our engineering team in Serbia, with clear testing practices

Within your first 12 months, you will:

• Have shifted your focus mostly from projects to product: a set of reusable integration features and services for common WMS and MES landscapes
• Make integrations faster and more predictable, from pilot to rollout
• Keep a clear, prioritized backlog and roadmap, and decline requests that do not generalize
• Show measurable customer outcomes on lighthouse deployments
• Have Sales, Customer Success and integration partners using your reusable solutions with new customers

Meet your team

You'll join Frontline Solutions, a unit within our Product & Engineering organization that is still being built. You will work daily with our engineering team in Serbia, and closely with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success and our integration partners. You will also spend regular time at customer sites, in warehouses and production plants.

Our focus is to bring ProGlove wearables into our customers' WMS and MES processes faster and more reliably, and to turn that know-how into products and services our customers value. AI is part of how we build every day.
