- Coordinate with traffic and accounting to ensure timely payment releases and on-schedule arrival of goods at the warehouse.
- Review and approve/comment on shipping marks, packaging layouts, hangtags, labels, cartons, and other production-related materials.
- Ensure handbags and accessories meet customer and private label standards, including applicable testing, packaging, labeling, quality, and compliance requirements.
- Partner with overseas factories to monitor product quality and address production issues, ensuring final goods meet approved samples and specifications.
- Review production samples and documentation to identify potential quality, construction, or execution issues prior to bulk production.
- Proactively troubleshoot production challenges and communicate solutions to internal teams and overseas vendors.
- Maintain accurate production records and provide timely status updates on order and delivery progress.

- Experience managing production with overseas factories and coordinating high-volume orders.
- Willingness to travel overseas to work with overseas office and factories.
- Experience identifying and ensuring compliance with customer-specific and private label requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with PLM systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, production calendars, and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across teams and with overseas vendors.
- Extremely detail-oriented, resourceful, and adaptable to shifting priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
