If you’re after impact, there’s no other organisation in Australia that delivers work on this scale.
You know that to make a meaningful contribution there needs to be connection and collaboration across the teams. Here’s your opportunity to help our people make a big impact.
In this role, you'll:
Deliver an end-to-end case management function for matters relating to worker misconduct, fraud, corruption and procurement-related integrity concerns, ensuring resolution processes and any investigations are undertaken effectively and in accordance with procedural fairness, risk mitigation, legislative obligations and enterprise standards. Key to the role is balancing robust integrity outcomes with employee welfare considerations while engaging effectively with executives and a broad range of stakeholders.
A key focus of this role will be the assessment, management and resolution of procurement-related matters, including conflicts of interest, supplier and contractor interactions, procurement process irregularities, contract management concerns, probity issues, fraud and corruption risks. You will act as a specialist resource within the Professional Integrity Unit, providing advice and support to colleagues and business stakeholders on procurement integrity risks and emerging issues.
You will use information from a range of enterprise systems and data sources to identify, analyse and investigate integrity risks and trends. Demonstrated experience working with procurement, reporting and assurance systems such as Ariba, Domo, Totara and other relevant enterprise platforms will be highly regarded.
You will value collaboration and contribute to a positive team culture. You will be a trusted, approachable and strategic partner who works collaboratively with Procurement, Legal, Audit, Commercial and operational stakeholders to support informed decision-making and the effective management of integrity matters.
The team hub for this role will be located in Macquarie Park and there will be the expectation that the successful candidate will be able to commit to our 50% workplace presence requirements.

About you
You are a positive, collaborative and highly professional integrity practitioner with demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end case management, investigations and complex assessments relating to employee misconduct, fraud, corruption, procurement, audit, probity, compliance or governance matters.
You possess a strong understanding of procurement frameworks, supplier management, commercial governance, contract administration and procurement-related integrity risks. You can identify vulnerabilities, assess risk and provide practical, evidence-based recommendations that support organisational objectives while maintaining public trust and confidence.
Formal procurement qualifications, accreditation or training are desirable. Experience in procurement governance, probity, contract management, commercial assurance or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
You have experience analysing information from enterprise systems and are proficient in navigating procurement, reporting and assurance platforms such as Ariba, Domo and other business systems to support investigations, assessments and decision-making.
You are an exceptional verbal and written communicator with demonstrated experience managing sensitive stakeholder interactions and facilitating challenging conversations. You can influence and negotiate outcomes while maintaining credibility, objectivity and professionalism.
You can independently manage highly complex and sensitive matters, exercise sound judgement, make unbiased and ethical decisions, and produce high-quality records, reports and recommendations. You are highly organised, detail-oriented and committed to continuous improvement.
Most importantly, you are a team-oriented professional who enjoys sharing knowledge, building capability in others and contributing to a positive, respectful and high-performing workplace culture.
