Position Summary
The Senior Professor of Hotel Management is responsible for delivering high-quality, industry-driven education in hotel management and operations while bringing extensive executive hospitality experience into the classroom. Key Responsibilities
1. Teaching Excellence
Deliver undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive education modules in Hotel Management and Hospitality Operations.
Teach subjects including:

Hotel Structures and Organization
Service Excellence
Hotel Performance Management
Hospitality Technology and PMS Systems
Deliver engaging, student-centred learning using:
Business simulations
Case studies
Operational scenarios

Experiential learning methodologies
Develop lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with programme learning outcomes.
Create fair and rigorous assessments that evaluate both theoretical understanding and practical competencies.
Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance learning environment.
2. Student Learning & Academic Support
Mentor and advise students throughout their academic journey.
Supervise capstone projects, dissertations (TFC/TFM), and applied consulting assignments.

Required Qualifications
Education

Bachelor's Degree in:
Hotel Management
Hospitality Management
Tourism
Business Administration
Related discipline

Professional Experience
Essential
Minimum 10 years of progressive management experience within the hospitality industry.
Experience in senior operational or executive hotel management roles.
Minimum 5 years of higher education or professional training experience.
Experience teaching adult learners or executive education.
Practical knowledge of hotel operational systems and management tools.
Preferred
International hospitality experience.
Multi-property or corporate hotel experience.
