Senior Program & Budget Analyst
Location: Hybrid, remote with occasional onsite work at the FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center for Advanced Aerospace in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. Candidates based in the Washington, DC area or southern New Jersey are preferred.
The Senior Program & Budget Analyst will provide senior-level support for a federal research and development program. The role requires coordinating the annual portfolio development process, preparing and facilitating Executive Board meetings, developing executive-level briefings, maintaining official records, and supporting budget formulation.
The analyst will also manage recurring federal reporting by compiling performance data, producing management briefings, and preparing reports for senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with a major that includes accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management.
- Fifteen (15) years of relevant experience.
- Experience with federal budget formulation and portfolio development.
- Experience coordinating executive governance bodies and preparing briefings for senior leadership.
- Strong technical writing, editing, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Familiarity with document-management environments and Section 508 accessibility requirements.
