Key Responsibilities Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of program controls frameworks, methodologies, policies, and governance processes across multiple projects and programs. Provide strategic oversight of project budgets, forecasts, schedules, cash flow, earned value performance, and key project performance indicators. Direct portfolio-wide cost and schedule forecasting activities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, transparency, and timely reporting to senior leadership. Ensure project controls processes comply with corporate governance requirements, client obligations, audit expectations, and industry best practices. Support business planning, resource forecasting, capital planning, and long-range portfolio performance analysis. Establish standards and best practices that improve forecasting accuracy, reporting quality, data integrity, and operational efficiency. Required Qualification Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline. At least 10 years of progressive experience in project controls, program controls, cost management, planning, scheduling, project management, or PMO leadership. Demonstrated experience leading project controls across large-scale capital projects, infrastructure, data centers, energy, engineering, construction, or technology programs. Advanced expertise in cost management, forecasting and budgeting, schedule management, Earned Value Management, risk management, performance measurement, portfolio reporting, and change control. Extensive working knowledge of Primavera P6, SAP, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and enterprise project controls systems. Strong understanding of project finance, accounting principles, cash flow management, accruals, and cost-to-complete methodologies. Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams in a complex matrix organization. Exceptional analytical, strategic planning, communication, reporting, and executive presentation skills. Proven experience leading project controls teams and developing project controls capability and talent. Preferred Qualification PMP, PgMP, PMI-SP, PMI-RMP, CCP, PSP, EVP, or an equivalent professional certification. Experience supporting multinational organizations and regional or global project portfolios. Deep understanding of project governance, PMO operations, portfolio management, and capital project delivery frameworks. Experience supporting data center, mission-critical, technology infrastructure, EPC, construction, or major capital investment programs. Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience implementing enterprise reporting, business intelligence, automation, or digital transformation initiatives within project controls.
