Senior Program Manager

McCue is looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale, customer-facing programs from contract award through completion.

This position will serve as the main point of contact between customers and McCue’s internal teams. The Senior Program Manager will coordinate complex projects across Sales, Product Development, Procurement, Operations, Customer Service, Field Services, and Finance to ensure programs are completed on time, within scope, and in line with customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale customer implementations, rollouts, and strategic programs from contract award through completion.
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers.
• Build strong customer relationships through regular communication and timely issue resolution.
• Manage customer expectations related to project scope, timelines, deliverables, and risks.
• Develop program plans, schedules, milestones, dashboards, communication plans, and success measures.
• Coordinate activities across sales, product development, procurement, operations, customer service, field services, and finance.
• Lead cross-functional teams and hold team members accountable for deadlines and deliverables.
• Maintain accurate program documentation, reporting, budgets, and financial information.
• Identify and manage program risks, resource needs, dependencies, and possible delays.
• Escalate critical concerns and work with the appropriate teams to resolve them.
• Provide regular program updates to customers and McCue leadership.
• Manage project changes through the appropriate review and approval process.
• Support the transition from project implementation to ongoing operational support.
• Document lessons learned and improve PMO processes, tools, and standards.
• Support portfolio reporting and long-term planning.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, project management, or a related field.
• A minimum of seven years of project or program management experience.
• Three or more years of experience leading customer-facing projects, implementations, or strategic account initiatives.
• Experience managing complex projects involving several departments.
• Strong planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and reporting experience.
• Experience serving as a main point of contact for customers, senior stakeholders, or executive sponsors.
• Ability to lead and influence teams without direct authority.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
