Your Responsibilities

Data Operations

• Support strategic and operational planning, prioritization, and execution across data operations.

• Coordinate cross-functional activities, dependencies, risks, and follow-up to maintain delivery momentum.

• Develop clear plans, progress updates, and decision materials that promote transparency and continuous improvement.

Data Governance

• Coordinate governance activities, priorities, decisions, actions, and outcomes across relevant functions.

• Support the development and maintenance of governance roadmaps, processes, standards, and documentation.

• Monitor progress against governance objectives and provide clear reporting to support alignment and accountability.

Product & Technology Leadership Support

• Support leadership planning, meeting preparation, decision-making, and follow-through on organizational priorities.

• Coordinate reporting, communications, action tracking, and operational processes across Product & Technology.

• Prepare executive-level materials and provide coordination support for strategic and organizational initiatives.

Cross-functional Product & Technology Projects

• Lead or support strategic projects from planning through delivery, managing milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.

• Facilitate collaboration, workshops, reviews, and decision-making across Product, Technology, and Data teams.

• Drive alignment, process improvement, and organizational change to deliver high-quality, sustainable results.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant business, technology, data, engineering, or project management field.

• At least seven years’ experience in program or project management, operations, consulting, governance, or a related discipline.

• Proven success leading complex cross-functional initiatives and engaging multiple stakeholders.

• Experience with governance forums, stakeholder and risk management, ideally in data, technology, product, or operational environments.

• Experience in a global, multicultural organization is a must; relevant project management certification is an advantage.

• Excellent English communication and ability to turn ambiguity into executable plans.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.

• Independent, collaborative, and ownership-driven.

• Proficient with Microsoft 365 (MS Projects, MS Planner), Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) or other relevant project management tools, and related AI assistants such as Copilot, Rovo, and ChatGPT.
