Senior Program Manager

Role Description The Senior Program Manager is a part-time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. This role oversees the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of programs that connect startup stakeholders with Silicon Valley Tech’s ecosystem. Day-to-day tasks include designing and managing initiatives such as community events, virtual meetups, educational sessions, and partnership activities; coordinating with internal and external stakeholders; and ensuring programs are aligned with organizational goals. The Senior Program Manager will track program performance, manage timelines and budgets, and prepare regular reports and insights for leadership. This role also involves building and maintaining relationships with founders, partners, and ecosystem leaders, while identifying new opportunities to expand the community’s reach and impact.

Qualifications

• Program and project management skills, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and performance tracking.
• Experience working with startup or innovation ecosystems, preferably with exposure to entrepreneurship, high-tech, or venture communities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and facilitate community-building activities.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, including designing scalable programs and improving existing processes.
• Comfort with digital tools and social platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn) for community management and virtual events.
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work setting, manage time effectively, and work independently with limited supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is an advantage.
• Prior experience in a senior program, operations, or ecosystem role in a tech or startup environment is highly beneficial.
