The opportunity

As Senior Program Manager (Learning Solutions), you will lead the delivery of Executive Education’s most complex and strategically significant client engagements. You will bring advanced professional judgement to multi-stakeholder delivery, governance, commercial considerations and risk, ensuring each engagement meets its commitments and delivers a seamless experience for learners.

This is a senior delivery practitioner role with no formal line management responsibilities. You will support consistency across the Learning Solutions team, act as an escalation point alongside the Learning Solutions Operations Manager, and help strengthen delivery capability and standards.

What you will do

• Lead high-complexity and high-value engagements, coordinating client, faculty, facilitator and internal stakeholders.

• Keep delivery aligned with contractual commitments, governance requirements, quality standards and agreed scope.

• Oversee the end-to-end learner experience, including communications, onboarding, feedback and continuous improvement.

• Monitor cost-to-serve, protect margin integrity and use sound judgement to manage scope, commercial exposure and delivery risk.

• Identify and escalate emerging or systemic risks early, and support timely, integrated decision making.

• Model delivery frameworks and contribute to the refinement of methodologies, archetypes and team standards.

• Provide peer guidance and share lessons from complex engagements to build capability across the team.

• Work collaboratively across Client and Learner Experience and Executive Education, supporting a transparent, one-team approach.

About you

You are an experienced program delivery professional who can bring structure and calm to complexity. You build trust with senior clients and diverse stakeholders, exercise sound judgement when priorities shift, and balance an excellent learner experience with commercial and governance responsibilities.

You will also bring:

• Extensive experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder engagements, including high-risk or high-value programs.

• Strong commercial oversight, financial literacy and cost awareness.

• Experience with governance, escalation and scope management.

• Confidence operating at senior client interfaces and influencing across teams.

• A collaborative, enterprise-oriented mindset, mature professional judgement and a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Experience within higher education, professional services, consulting, learning and development or executive education will be highly regarded.
