You want to create a supportive culture where people perform and grow beyond their job.

This is your opportunity to broaden your experience and perspectives, step out of the confines of a standard project role and expand your scope to work with an interconnected ecosystem of industry professionals.

In this role, you'll:

Be working as part of a team delivering initiatives that promote and enable e-micromobility as a safe, accessible and sustainable transport option for people in NSW.

This role will see you provide program management and specialist project support, undertake program planning, monitoring and evaluation, prepare analysis and advice, and contribute to the successful delivery of initiatives aligned with agency objectives.

You will have the opportunity to help shape a growing area of transport policy and delivery within a newly formed, agile team environment.

You will lead program governance, reporting, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement initiatives in a complex and fast-paced environment with competing priorities, multiple stakeholders and interconnected projects and programs.

For more information on this position and business unit, view the role description and information pack.

About you

Your program management expertise and stakeholder engagement skills formed across project, program, infrastructure, government or other complex organisational environments will see you excel in coordinating program delivery, managing competing priorities, navigating ambiguity and delivering high-quality outcomes that support strategic objectives.

You’re recognised as a collaborative and adaptable professional with strong judgement and interpersonal skills, skilled at building relationships, influencing stakeholders, managing program governance activities, maintaining risk registers, developing project schedules and Gantt charts, and translating complex information into clear insights and recommendations, experienced in managing programs and projects within large organisations, working across interdependent initiatives, and operating effectively in agile environments where you can read the room, respond to emerging challenges and contribute to a newly formed team delivering meaningful outcomes.
