In this role, you will lead strategic projects and programs, coordinating business, technology, and other cross-functional teams across the Group. You will contribute to building a secure and green energy ecosystem by: Leading the planning and delivery of strategic projects and programs Ensuring project objectives are achieved within agreed scope, timeline, and budget Managing project risks, dependencies, changes, and stakeholder engagement Coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners Preparing information and materials for decision-making forums and project governance committees Contributing to the development of project management methodologies, practices, and capabilities across the Group Sharing your experience and mentoring less experienced project managers. At least 5 years of experience in project or program management Experience managing complex projects involving multiple teams or organizational units Ability to effectively manage stakeholders and balance competing interests Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills Strong analytical mindset, results orientation, and ability to make decisions in uncertain environments Knowledge of AGILE, PMI (PMBOK), PRINCE2, or other project management methodologies, with proven practical application PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or an equivalent certification Proficiency in project planning, analysis, and presentation tools English language proficiency at B2 level or higher Fluency in Lithuanian. It would be an advantage if you have Program management experience Experience delivering business transformation, digitalization, or technology-related projects.
