🌟 About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead technical projects and software implementations for external clients. The ideal candidate has strong experience managing technical projects, client relationships, timelines, budgets, risks, and technical teams. This person should be able to understand the big picture of a project and communicate confidently with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects including website development, mobile applications, CRM implementations, and software/technical implementations.

• Coordinate technical teams and ensure project tasks and deliverables remain on track.

• Communicate directly with clients through emails, meetings, calls, and project updates.

• Lead client meetings and facilitate communication between clients and technical team members.

• Manage relationships with client project managers, technical contacts, business owners, and senior stakeholders.

• Monitor project timelines, budgets, team effort, risks, and dependencies.

• Identify project issues and coordinate solutions to keep projects moving forward.

• Communicate project status, risks, and potential delays to clients and internal teams.

• Review team timesheets and determine billable vs. non-billable work.

• Follow up on timesheet corrections when needed.

• Prepare project progress and delivery reports.

• Coordinate multiple types of client deliverables and ensure successful project completion.

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience managing technical projects and software implementations.

• Experience delivering projects for external clients.

• Strong project delivery and coordination experience.

• Experience monitoring budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, and team effort.

• Strong client-facing communication skills.

• Comfortable leading client calls and communicating with business owners and senior stakeholders.

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

• Solid understanding of technical concepts, software implementations, and CRM systems.

• Experience coordinating technical teams without needing to perform development or system configuration personally.

• Experience reviewing team effort and billable/non-billable work.

• Strong problem-solving, organization, reporting, and troubleshooting skills.

• Professional English proficiency.
