We are seeking an ambitious, sharp, and execution-driven Senior Project Manager to take full ownership of program delivery within our Transport Business Unit. Reporting directly to the Head of Project Management, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and ground-level execution.

Your mission goes beyond basic project tracking: you will establish benchmark project standards, enforce rigorous change control, protect commercial baselines, and consistently surpass customer expectations. You will work closely with senior internal executives, external partners, public transit authorities, and enterprise customers, taking advantage of unique opportunities to have a direct, high-velocity impact on urban mobility infrastructure.

How to make an impact

• Program Execution & Baseline Control: Build, baseline, and defend full Project Management Plans (PMP) detailing execution rationale, resource allocation, procurement pathways, and risk protocols. Own the master schedule by tracking critical paths, managing baselines, and controlling performance across time, cost, quality, and operational impact.

• Change Control & Scope Integrity: Manage change requests with discipline. Evaluate operational and financial impacts, maintain the Change Register, enforce Arrive’s standard phase-gate methodologies across the full project lifecycle, and protect project baselines from scope creep.

• Financial & Contractual Governance: Treat the project business case as a living document, aligning operational decisions with financial health. Forecast, track, and manage capital and operational expenditures to prevent margin erosion. Maintain line-of-sight across internal specifications and customer contracts in partnership with Commercial teams.

• Risk & Resource Management: Own the RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies/Opportunities), quantifying threats early and implementing decisive mitigation strategies. Partner with functional leads to secure, deploy, and retain the human and material resources required for delivery.

• Stakeholder Alliance Building: Build credibility across senior internal executives, external partners, public transit authorities, and enterprise customers through clear, structured communication plans.

About you

You are a decisive, collaborative, and customer-obsessed leader who thrives in dynamic environments. You act with the end-user and client in mind, turning potential roadblocks into transparent, collaborative solutions. You balance firm commercial boundaries with strong relationship preservation during complex stakeholder negotiations, and you are comfortable making high-impact decisions under pressure while empowering delivery teams to achieve world-class standards.

Your background

• Demonstrated track record of leading complex, high-stakes projects within the Transport, Mobility, or Software markets.

• Deep fluency in formal project methodologies (APM, PRINCE2, Agile, or PMI) and hands-on experience navigating Phase-Gate governance structures.

• Strong proficiency in P&L tracking, contract management, cost forecasting, and baseline change control.

• Proven ability to manage customer-facing deliverables where operational downtime or delays carry direct reputational and commercial risk.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with proven experience presenting actionable data to C-suite leadership.
