What tasks are waiting for you?

• Conduct stakeholder analysis, scope the project, set project objectives and establish the relevant project organization, as part of the project charter for approval.

• Lead a project team to deliver large and complex IT deliverables in close cooperation with the Business Project Manager, Business Process Owners and Project Owner.

• Manage the project’s stakeholders in Global IT, Global Operations.

• Support the change management of the project, together with the Business Project Manager, and make sure the implementation is well adopted when the project goes live. 

• Work on continuous improvement of project management process, practices and methodologies.

• possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field;

• have proven experience in IT project management or a similar role;

• have a good understanding of project management principles and methodologies;

• have a good understanding of both Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies;

• are proficient in project management software and tools;

• have good understanding of manufacture and supply chain processes;

• have strong communication and interpersonal abilities, along with analytical and critical thinking skills;

• demonstrate excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively;

• are detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving;

• are fluent in English and Polish
