You will provide end-to-end leadership across complex, cross-functional efforts, bringing structure to ambiguity and aligning executive sponsors, functional leaders, and delivery teams around clear outcomes, decisions, and accountability.
This highly visible role requires exceptional executive presence, sound judgment, and the ability to influence across functions without direct authority. The successful candidate will establish strong governance, manage interdependencies and organizational change, and translate strategy into executable plans that deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute integrated project plans that include workstreams, milestones, critical path dependencies, resource requirements, financial considerations, and change impacts.
- Establish and lead program governance, including executive steering committees, sponsor reviews, decision forums, workstream cadences, and escalation pathways.
- Create alignment across Operations, Technology, Finance, Commercial, Product, People, and other business functions to advance enterprise priorities.
- Drive accountability for deliverables, commitments, decisions, and interdependencies; surface obstacles early and maintain momentum across competing priorities.
- Proactively identify and manage risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and organizational readiness requirements, with clear mitigation and recovery plans.
- Manage scope and change through disciplined assessment of impacts to strategic outcomes, timeline, investment, resources, operating model, and benefits realization.
- Prepare and deliver concise executive-level status reports, dashboards, recommendations, and decision materials that enable timely, informed action.
- Monitor initiative health, milestones, resource utilization, budget performance, key performance indicators, and expected business benefits; recommend corrective action as needed.
- Support enterprise portfolio planning and prioritization by providing transparent delivery data, capacity insights, sequencing recommendations, and tradeoff analysis.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and change-management activities that promote adoption, clarify impacts, and ensure accountable owners are prepared to sustain new capabilities or processes.
- Strengthen Enterprise PMO maturity by advancing governance standards, templates, methodologies, portfolio reporting, and delivery best practices.
- Coach project managers and workstream leaders on effective planning, risk management, executive communication, and delivery discipline.
Required Qualifications
- PMP certification required; certification must be current and maintained in accordance with PMI requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 8+ years of progressive project or program management experience leading complex, cross-functional strategic or enterprise initiatives from initiation through closure.
- Demonstrated success partnering with senior executives and influencing stakeholders across multiple business functions.
- Proven ability to lead through ambiguity, make sound decisions with incomplete information, and bring structure to evolving priorities.
- Experience establishing project governance, executive reporting, and decision-making forums for high-visibility initiatives.
- Strong command of project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid approaches.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, complex dependencies, resource constraints, and competing enterprise priorities.
Strong business acumen with experience evaluating delivery tradeoffs, resource needs, financial impacts, and business benefits. - Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with portfolio management, reporting, or collaboration tools preferred.
- Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or other advanced degree.
- PMI-ACP, PgMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certification.
