Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with 9-10+ years of experience in managing large-scale technology and digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end project delivery, oversee cross-functional teams and vendors, manage project governance, risks, budgets, and stakeholder engagement, while ensuring successful project execution within scope, timeline, and budget.

Requirements

• 9-10+ years of Project Management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• PMP Certification or equivalent project management certification is required.
• Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise and digital transformation projects.
• Strong experience in project planning, governance, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Experience managing project scope, budgets, schedules, resources, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Expertise in stakeholder management, vendor management, and cross-functional team coordination.
• Experience developing project charters, Statements of Work (SOWs), project plans, and integrated schedules.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, third-party vendors, system integrations, and dependencies.
• Ability to drive project governance, reporting, escalation management, and executive communications.
• Experience monitoring project performance, KPIs, deliverables, and milestone achievement.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or related certifications.
• Experience managing enterprise applications, portals, mobile applications, and system integration projects.
• Experience in PMO governance and strategic project management.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, and resource planning experience.
• Experience leading large multidisciplinary teams and complex technology programs.
