Senior Project Manager – Integration

About the Role

One of New Zealand's best-known media organisations is running a complex, multi-workstream Integration Project that underpins its national streaming platform. They need a senior Project Manager to own delivery across three squads and four connected strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the integrated project plan, critical path and cross-squad dependencies
• Prepare and present SteerCo packs covering status, risks, decisions and financials
• Track the budget, covering actuals, forecast and variance, plus vendor SOWs and change requests
• Own and actively manage the RAID log
• Be the main point of contact across business, technology, architecture and partner project teams

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of project management in complex, multi-workstream environments
• Proven delivery of large-scale technology transformation programmes
• Agile, waterfall and hybrid delivery experience, using Jira and Confluence
• Budget management experience, with $5M+ portfolios preferred
• A strong understanding of integration delivery, APIs and cloud (AWS or Azure)
• PMP, PRINCE2 or SAFe certification (highly regarded)
• Experience managing a system integrator or third-party vendor (advantageous)
