From our Macquarie Park office, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact software implementation projects for our customers.

This is a senior, customer-facing role where you’ll take ownership of projects from planning through implementation, go-live and transition to support. You’ll shape the project approach, lead cross-functional teams, work closely with senior customer stakeholders and maintain oversight of scope, budget, quality and risk.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead complex end-to-end ERP and software implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery against scope, timeline, budget and quality.
• Define and shape the project approach best suited to the customer and project while aligning with Sofico’s implementation methodology.
• Establish project plans, governance, milestones, responsibilities and communication structures.
• Build strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders and represent Sofico in Steering Committees and key project meetings.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate multiple workstreams, resources, dependencies and priorities.
• Proactively manage project risks, issues and change, taking corrective action where required.
• Maintain strong commercial oversight, including project budgets, invoicing and input into revenue forecasting and recognition.
• Lead projects through go-live, hypercare, customer acceptance and transition to support.

Your skills and interests:

You’re an experienced Project Manager who enjoys leading complex implementations while remaining close to the delivery. You combine strong project management capability with strategic thinking, commercial awareness and confident stakeholder management.

What we’re looking for:

• Significant experience managing ERP, enterprise software or complex IT implementation projects.
• Proven experience delivering projects end-to-end, from mobilisation and planning through implementation and go-live.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and senior stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, priorities and project dependencies.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, governance, risk and change management.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets, scope and financial performance.
• The ability to navigate complexity, exercise sound judgement and drive practical solutions.
• Experience leading, mentoring and developing project teams.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience within leasing, automotive, fleet, finance or mobility would be highly regarded.
