Job Description:
- Temporary assignment starting ASAP through EOY, with the potential to extend or convert to a permanent role; however, neither is guaranteed at this time.
- W2 only. Candidates must be authorized to work and reside in the United States.
- Preferred location: Fully remote, with a preference for candidates based in or near Boston, Hartford (CT), Rhode Island, or New York.
- Candidates must have an advertising agency background, with experience across digital, traditional, and experiential marketing.
- Highly preferred candidates with experience supporting healthcare, medical, or other highly regulated industries.
Overview
As an integral part of the Project Management team, the Senior Project Manager (SPM) serves as a leader responsible for maintaining cross-functional relationships, managing and developing project management resources, and driving operational best practices. This role leads the execution of mid to high-complexity projects, participates in new business opportunities, and ensures all work is delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with internal processes and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Fully manage staffing and resourcing for assigned brands, including annual SOW planning and resource forecasting.
- Develop, manage, and own project timelines, budgets, scopes, and project plans across a variety of deliverables and workstreams.
- Partner closely with Client Finance, Account Management, Creative, Strategy, and Production teams to monitor project health and financial performance.
- Track budgets weekly, manage project profitability, and proactively identify and address scope changes.
- Define, manage, and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving issues before they impact delivery.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure project objectives are met.
- Lead project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Support project management best practices, process improvements, and team development initiatives.
- Contribute to new business pitches, scoping exercises, and resource planning efforts.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of project management experience within an advertising agency, creative agency, marketing agency, or similar client-service environment.
- Experience managing large-scale integrated campaigns across digital, social, content, experiential, and/or traditional channels.
- Background supporting enterprise-level or national consumer brands.
- Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and multiple concurrent projects.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Workfront (prefered), Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting healthcare, medical, or other highly regulated industries.
- Knowledge of creative production workflows, video production, content creation, and digital asset development.

The hourly pay range for this position is $ 46.65 - $62.10. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
