Senior Project Manager, Traffic

What you will do: Be a leader in delivering traffic engineering for our public and private clients Manage traffic engineering projects and ensure quality of products and conformance to budget Prepare and/or review traffic design and construction documents for traffic signal, roadway illumination, signing and pavement marking based on the state of Florida and national standards Conduct and/or oversee traffic modeling including traffic forecasting, travel demand modeling, and microscoping (VISSIM/CORSIM) modeling Perform traffic engineering and safety analysis and develop technical memorandums Supervise the work of other engineers and technicians Business development: pursue new / further develop existing client relationships, focusing on innovative ideas and trends Actively participate in the preparation of proposals Develop action plans to identify potential opportunities and track progress Research and implement emerging technologies to offer value added services to your clients What you will bring: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited school. 10+ years of experience with traffic engineering and related design packages. Florida PE license or the ability to obtain their license within six months. 2+ years of experience working on Florida projects Preferred: PTOE and RSP certifications. Excellent communication and technical writing skills. Experience with design/analysis software packages including MicroStation, AutoCAD, Synchro, HCS, VISSIM, CORSIM.
