- Manage water and wastewater infrastructure projects from feasibility through to construction, commissioning and handover.
- Coordinate concept design, detailed design, design reviews and multidisciplinary engineering inputs.
- Manage consultants, contractors, suppliers and project teams.
- Support the delivery of water and wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, pipelines and municipal utility infrastructure.
- Develop project scopes, technical briefs, budgets, schedules and procurement documentation.
- Coordinate tender processes, contractor evaluations, contract administration and project delivery.
- Monitor project risks, costs, progress, variations, quality and reporting.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, local councils, utilities, regulators and other stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineers and project team members.
- Undertake client representative or Superintendent duties where appropriately qualified, experienced and authorised.
About You

- Strong understanding of engineering design, procurement, construction and commissioning processes.
- Proven ability to manage consultants, contractors, budgets, schedules and project risks.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with client teams.
- Willingness to undertake occasional travel to regional NSW.
Highly Desirable
- Experience working with NSW local government councils or water utilities.
- Experience delivering municipal water and sewerage infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of water security, water recycling, wastewater treatment or sewerage augmentation.
- Experience with pumping stations, pipelines, treatment plants or utility infrastructure.

- Experience in infrastructure planning, feasibility studies and options assessments.
- Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng), National Engineering Register (NER) or relevant professional registration.
- PMP, PRINCE2 or an equivalent project management qualification.
What We Offer

- Remote and hybrid working arrangements, with NSW-based candidates preferred.
- Opportunities to contribute to diverse water, wastewater and infrastructure projects.
- A collaborative, technically focused engineering environment.
- Potential for ongoing engagement as our infrastructure portfolio grows.
